You can shower in as little as one hour for a light tan. Two hours for a medium tan. Three hours for a dark tan. Four hours for a deep dark tan.

Spray tanning is accomplished by application of a solution containing the active ingredient: DHA (Dihydroxyacetone) and is safe ONLY if you follow the guidelines. The FDA advises that you avoid inhaling DHA and cover areas around your eyes or lips when spray tanning.

No. You will still need to actively wear sunblock while you are in the sun.

The whole appointment will take approximately 30 minutes from set up to break down.

Make sure you shower with luke-warm water. Do a couple turns in the shower until the water is clear. Do not use any soap. Pat yourself dry. Avoid using lotion until you shower the next day. Avoid using a loofah, exfoliating products until you’re ready to remove your tan.

DO NOT USE DOVE PRODUCTS! (Or any white soaps) Dove soap and Dove lotions leave a film on your skin that directly leads to a blotchy tan. Remove make-up, moisturizer (lotion), perfume and deodorant before your application.

• No bra for at least six hours.
• Make sure when you take your first shower do not use any loofahs, soap, or hot water.
• Don't exercise for at least 24 hours after your tan, the sweat may cause your tan to streak.
• Don't book any hair or nail appointments for 12 hours after your tanning session.
• Don't use soaps and other body products that contain parabens, glycolic alpha hydroxy acids or sodium lauryl sulfates -- they will fade your tan more quickly. Don't use a loofah, puff or wash cloth.
• Do moisturize every day -- morning and night. Also use a moisturizing soap-free body wash to extend the life of your tan.
